How to access Advanced Password Control in Win XP Pro

When administering Windows XP Pro (not logged into a Domain) - a tip to access the Advanced User management console where one can;
-Update user priviledges
-Apply Ctr-Alt-Del security
-Enable Automatic logon
Go to START - RUN and type "control userpasswords2"
