Hannah(14) "I have really enjoyed this holiday the weather,scenery,visiting friends (Bayarts: Angie, Anaelle, Sylvana) eating lots of chocolate! It was lots of fun playing in the snow but what I enjoyed the most was the ice-skating... ...oh and my birthday of course, even though I did have to do lots of my art coursework but it fitted in. I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyable, I hope we can go some time again..." |

Matthew(11) "We went shopping and I saw this park, where we played football. We went on a enjoyable walk just behind the house. With the Bayart family we walked up a really steep snowy mountain and sledged back down, it was great fun! Ed and I watched 'star wars' in french thirteen times shared between three episodes. After almost every day we watched a film. The first was 'Sharkboy and Lavagirl' second 'Lilo and Stitch II' third 'Cinderella' fourth 'Monsters Inc' etc... My favourite part of the holiday was when we went Ice Skating. There was this person who was showing off BIG TIME he fell over a couple of times. I got his name - Matt Elvidge - hahaha just kiddin' otherwise I really enjoyed it!" |

Sophie(9) "The first time me and Matt went outside we saw a Golden Retriever, he ran up to us, the next few days he wasn't alowed off his lead. On Saterday the Bayard's were here and we climbed up a moutain I didn't go to the top but I had gone a long way. We sledged back down which was fun MY favorite part of the holiday was ice skating I fell over a couple of times, and I had been before, Matt hadn't and he was really good .I had had an argument with him before as to who was the best and that he would be RUBBISH, but he wasn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really liked Hannah's birthday." |

Edward(5) (dictated)"I liked the dog that came to Matt, Sophie and me. I really enjoyed counting the cable cars when we went up to the mountain. The films were great, my favourite was 'Sharkboy and Lavagirl'. A really good part was when we played football at a park. My side won!(Hannah and Dad were on my side)Playing with Hannah on her birthday was enjoyable. My FAVOURITE part was when we went Ice Skating. Unfortunately when I was going on the ring, (I had to have two people with me.) I fell over and bumped my head. Matt was really fast he fell over a couple of times!!!!!!! I really enjoyed my holiday with everyone. I also enjoyed Hannah's birthday(blowing out the candles before she could)" |

We'll soonbe back to blighty and it will be over. We have had a well needed rest and some fun time together. We have enjoyed being away from the telephone, internet, satelite tv, work, and homework (apart from Hannah who has Sats and an Art GCSE). ENjoyed the beautiful scenery and the country smell in the morning (farmers muck spreading the grazing fields as the snow melts).
