Broadband - Removal of Tags from your line

Go the Ofcom website and call the last Broadband provider who is holding the tags. Do not take 'no' for an answer. It can be done immediately for you (in my case too a whole day to find the right number for BT and when I finally spoke to the right department it took 5 minutes by phone!)
